Welcome Child Care Providers!

Providers: Starting May 5th, 2025, you will be able to access and manage your child care payment information through CCRC’s new Care Connect Provider Portal! Sign up for one of our English or Spanish trainings to help you get the most of your account. If you need assistance accessing your account, please email [email protected].

Please be advised that June 30th, 2025 will be the last day to access and download any information from the current Kinder Systems Provider Portal.

CareConnect will officially launch on July 1, 2025.

Create your Provider Portal with CareConnect

CCRC’s on line Provider Portal is here for you 24/7. You can manage your child care payment information, view payments and voucher details, print your own attendance sheets and PPRs, plus access your child care approval notices! Let’s get started by creating your account.

This free, easy-to-use, digital system allows you to:

  • Complete and submit documents electronically, including attendance documents
  • Receive announcements from us
  • Check your child care subsidy payment status and more!

Please note:

  • To initiate a CareConnect Provider Portal account, you must contact the Provider Liaison Department who will initiate your account. You will then receive an email with log in instructions.
  • An email will be sent to confirm your registration request. You must follow this process to complete your registration
  • Child care providers who offer services for children in both Stage 1 and CDSS programs (Stage 2, Stage 3, Alternative Payment, FCCHEN) will be able to access information through one single portal.
