The Mental Health Services Department is an 18 bed acute psychiatric service within the Antelope Valley Hospital, an acute general hospital, providing inpatient adult mental health/psychiatric services. The department provides inpatient nursing care and therapeutic activity services. Staff members conduct psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy.
