CCRC’s Discovery Van is an interactive experience – a field trip on wheels. Child Development Specialists bring age-appropriate activities and experiences right to your door.
Designed to help children discover a world they may not otherwise be able to explore, the Discovery Van is an exciting opportunity to get a fun and interactive experience without the expense. When the Discovery Van arrives at your door, children participate in fun and educational experiences like hearing the sounds of the ocean, exploring products from the rainforest, or digging for “dinosaur” bones.
Along with the sensory experiences children receive, CCRC staff plans relevant, age-appropriate activities such as creative art projects, water play, listening stations, and story time complete with hand puppets.
