CCRC Mission Statement “We promote optimal child development and family well-being through access to quality child care, family support, economic development and community education.” Our team of professionals is committed to improving the quality of care and early education available to young children and their families in our services areas.
To help parents and caregivers, CCRC has developed: Conferences Information on upcoming conferences, workshops, and events can be found: CCRC hosts over 150 workshops and training sessions a year, providing the latest information on child care and parenting education. CCRC also offers sessions that focus on giving support to individual child care businesses. Our series of educational opportunities can help develop a parent or child care provider’s ability to understand and care for his or her children. Conferences are planned by CCRC staff in collaboration with local universities and community colleges. Resource Library Our Book, Toy and Resource Library is another valuable tool to assist parents and child care providers as it provides child development books, parenting videos, and many other resources.
