I am already receiving CalWORKs Stage 1 child care - why do I have to transfer to Stage 2?

When a CalWORKs Stage 1 family demonstrates stability in work or school, CCRC moves the family into CalWORKs Stage 2 (C2AP).  In order to qualify for Stage 2 child care financial assistance, you must maintain one or more of the eligibility requirements and have one need requirement for child care services.
