2008 - 2013 Strategic Plan

The Strategic Plan represents the shared goals of CCRC's Board of Directors, leadership, and staff to provide access to quality child care, family support, economic development, and community education. In order to meet these goals and further our mission, the following strategic goals have been developed for 2008-2013.

GOAL #1: Increase the depth and breadth of services available to children and families.

Increase Services Objectives

  • Increase unrestricted revenue to $1 million by 2013.
  • Develop two to three (2-3) non-traditional revenue-generating projects with growth potential.
  • Leverage CCRC's expertise in public affairs/media and "community convener" facilitation.

GOAL #2: Focus new program development on underserved and special needs children.

Program Development Objectives

  • Research, identify and assess key areas in need of support.
  • Integrate/strengthen programs to address prioritized special needs issues.
  • Extend program reach and impact by identifying new, and leveraging existing, collaborative partnerships.

GOAL #3: Foster a workplace environment that reflects CCRC’s commitment to its vision and mission.

Workplace Environment Objectives

  • Develop and implement "CCRC University" training program.
  • Promote a progressive and interactive workplace environment for employees at all levels.
  • Increase retention rate for valued employees. Enhance and grow Agency image to become "Employer of Choice."

GOAL #4: Maintain reputation as a premier service organization.

Premier Organization Objectives

  • Support organizational mission and strategic goals through effective and efficient Agency infrastructure.
  • Leverage and increase client access to technological resources. Increase CCRC’s relevance and access to parents across demographic/income levels.
  • Support continued growth, delivery, and integration of Head Start programs and services.
